First of all, Spill The Tea Cafe would like to thank @mhahawaii for awarding our founder and co-founder with two awards at today’s 2023 Mahalo Mental Health Awards. We are so proud of how far we've come and all that we've achieved.
From the moment we first opened our doors, we knew we wanted to create a safe place where pre-teens, teens, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent keiki could come together, connect, and feel supported while providing a supportive environment for their healing and growth
And it's truly amazing to see how that vision has come to life. We've had the pleasure of meeting so many incredible people, from regular volunteers who have become like family to the wonderful organizations we've had the opportunity to partner with.
Today's award ceremony was a particularly special moment for us, as it recognized not just our hard work and dedication, but also the impact we've been able to make in the mental health community.
We are grateful for every single family who has walked through our doors, and we look forward to continuing to serve our community for many years to come.
As we reflect on this beautiful day, we also want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to our team. Without their passion, energy, and dedication, none of this would be possible. They are the backbone of Spill The Tea Café, and we are so lucky to have them as part of our family.
Here's to many more beautiful days ahead, filled with laughter, connection, and of course, plenty of boba tea! 🧋❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
