A Mental Health Clinic For Teens

Spill The Tea Café (STTC) was founded to confront the mental health crisis among LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent youth in Hawai‘i. With limited resources and culturally competent care, youth in marginalized communities were left to navigate barriers alone. Inspired by her experience as a mother to a trans teen and a therapist witnessing these systemic gaps, our founder launched STTC as a safe, inclusive space for healing, empowerment, and resilience. STTC bridges traditional mental health services with community-building and economic empowerment to uplift youth holistically.

Currently Serving over 516 LGBTQIA+ youth and their families while achieving measurable improvements in mental health outcomes and fostering leadership through entrepreneurship programs.
