NEW GROUP LAUNCH:
We’re excited to announce that our Art Therapy Group is starting Saturday, October 18 – November 8, from 1:00–2:00 PM at Spill The Tea Café.
This 4-week series, led by Mitch Mallory, LSW, invites youth to explore creativity as a form of healing and self-expression. Each week focuses on a unique theme:

Program Objectives
Create a safe, inclusive space where youth can share experiences, build connections, and reduce feelings of isolation.
Foster peer support and a sense of community, helping participants feel seen, heard, and valued.
Develop emotional regulation, communication skills, and self-awareness through group activities and discussions.
Promote resilience and mutual empowerment by addressing shared challenges and celebrating collective growth.
Ensure equitable access by offering affordable or free mental health support for those who cannot pay.
